Phone numbers collected through the SMS consent process will NOT be shared with third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

Types of SMS Communications:
If you opt in to receive messages from Hankin Pack Law you may receive communications such as:

• Information Requests

• Document and transaction detail clarification

Message Frequency:
The number of messages will vary based on the amount of information that is needed for your transaction and can range from a single message to multiple messages per week

Message and Data Rates:
Standard messaging and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-In Methods:
You may opt in to SMS messages by:

• Verbally consenting during a conversation

• Sending an SMS message to your assigned closing representative.

• Completing the Engagement Letter that contains SMS Consent Details.

Opt-Out Instructions:
To opt out, reply “STOP” to any SMS message. You may also contact us directly to be removed from our messaging list.
